Products ship from the United States. Shipping transit times are between 2 to 5 business days with the USA.

Shipping transit times to Canada are 3 to 7 business days. There may be delays out of our control at the border which could cause your package to arrive later. We pay the duties and import taxes for products shipped to Canada.

Return Policy

We really hope you'll love your purchase, but if you change your mind we will be happy to offer a full refund on any unused item that was purchased at full-price provided the return conditions specified below are met:

  • You obtain a written Return Authorization from us by sending an email to returns@poussepitou.com
  • The returned item is received at the return facility within 30 days of the purchase date
  • The item must be returned unused and in the same new condition as when it was sold
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all stickers, tags, and inserts 
  • The refund can only be made to the original method of payment
  • Returned packages without a Return Authorization will not be processed 
  • You will be responsible for retuning the item to us via a trackable method, paying for the return shipping costs, and creating your own return label
  • All returned items are subject to quality control and final acceptance

How to Obtain a Return Authorization

Send an email to returns@poussepitou.com. Provide the order # and reason for return. One of our team members will respond to your request within 24 business hours. A photo of the item may be required to authorize the return.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization email and provide you with the return address which will be a location in the United States or Canada based on which country the product was delivered to. Please don't forget, you must print the Return Authorization e-mail and include it in the return package and you will be responsible for shipping your package via a trackable method.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your package is received at our return center, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your item to be reviewed and for the refund to be processed to your original form of payment. Once the refund has been processed on our end, we will notify you at the e-mail address you provided at checkout. 

Defective or Damaged Item

Products are inspected before they are shipped to customers. In the unlikely event your item arrives defective or damaged please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@poussepitou.com and do not use the item. 
We will contact the manufacturer for assistance on your behalf. You may be required to email us a description and photos. If your product has to be returned, we will pay for the return shipping costs. We will do our best to try and replace a defective item if replacement materials are in stock and available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement or similar product, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase.

The Only Stroller Worth Buying for Senior or Physically Challenged Dogs. Superb Customer Support,

I purchased four strollers before this one, and this was, finally, THE one. It is worth every penny for your senior or physically challenged dog. Especially for larger dogs.

The ramp and the taller opening are total game changers. With the other strollers our 57-pound boxer/shepherd mix could barely get in because the openings were too short. He has terrible arthritis in his hind legs, and he'd have to crouch yet step up at the same time. This happened even in an extra large one that was too big on the inside, let alone gigantic to navigate and store. My husband and I had to hunch down and awkwardly lift him in, which was hard on our backs. I kept thinking, "who designed these without factoring in that the point of needing a larger dog stroller is for dogs who likely can't walk well or at all?"

When I came across this one, it was pricier, but my dog has a lot of life left and I had a good feeling. Their video package shows all the details and I knew I had to try it. It is beyond worth the price. If you have a dog with walking issues, the ramp is the only way to go. My dog literally goes right in now. We put a crate cushion in it so we can go on long walks. He loves having the front opened up and occasionally sits upright with his head out the top. It is so smooth, turns on a dime, and you can easily get it up or down over a curb. The foot brake makes it stable for loading/unloading and quick stops. Also, the entire front and top completely folds back for a full, open air experience, and there are three leashes in the bed area to secure your dog at different angles. Lastly, it folds in seconds. The details and options in this design are incredible.

We don't jog or have bikes but this has capability for both, and I can see it would be a dream for anyone who likes those activities with their dog.

This has changed our lives. My 14-year old dog loved his long walks, and so did we. When arthritis kicked in, I knew we had to do something for his morale, and getting him back out there created a huge uptick in his happiness. It's easy to get him in and out at intervals at his favorite 'sniff zones,' and his dog smile warms our hearts. Sometimes we sprint with him down a hill and he loves it. We even take this on some dirt trails and it goes over the terrain just fine.

Customer Support has been superlative. Before the purchase, I worked with Lerna, who took great care to help me with measurements and other details so I wouldn't have to worry about return shipping. She has since helped and supported me with some follow-up questions. She's been fast, kind, professional, and just a darned nice person who clearly loves dogs and understands pet owner needs.

Seriously, look no further, and buy with confidence. This is the only stroller worth having.
